Do you need to take bookings on your website or Facebook page? Why not create a Teams meeting when a booking is made. Look no further, if you have Microsoft 365 Business Essentials, then the Bookings app will integrate with your website and your Facebook page and allow bookings to be taken which email you and enter the booking into your calendar.

Bookings includes a web-based booking calendar and integrates with Outlook to optimise your staff’s calendar and give your customers flexibility to book a time that works best for them.

By clicking on the Booking link, the service can be selected:

Once you have your bookings page, you can share it to social media or email it to a client. It can also be added to a Facebook page.

It's easy to manage the availability of your staff setting certain times as available.

To manage your bookings on the go, download the Bookings app to your mobile device.

Bookings also provides the ability to make your company's meetings virtual with online meetings Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. Each appointment booked as an online meeting creates a unique meeting link that is sent to attendees so they can join via a web browser, phone dial-in, or the Skype or Teams app.
